Look Away From the Computer for Good Eye Health

  2. Some pe0ple may need glasses to help with c0ntrast, glare, and eye strain when using a computer.
  3. P0sition your computer so that y0ur eyes are level with the top of the monitor. This allows you to look slightly down at the screen.
  4. Try to av0id glare on your computer from windows and lights. Use an anti-glare screen if needed.
  5. Choose a comfortable, supportive chair. Position it so that your feet are flat on the floor.
  6. If y0ur eyes are dry, blink more.
